Tackle Burnt-On Mess in Seconds

Powerful, Safe & Built for Every Backyard Cookout

Save 20+ Minutes After Every Cookout

That’s time back with your guests, not hunched over a hot grate. Right after you pull the food off, run GrillWizz over the grates while they’re still warm – grease and char lift off in under 60 seconds.

No Dangerous Loose Bristles Near Your Food

Manual wire brushes shed bristles that get lodged in food and have sent hundreds of people to the ER. GrillWizz’s bonded bristles are fused into the head, so there’s nothing to break off or worry about the next time you fire up the grill.

One Tool for Every Grill You Own

Switching between a gas grill at home and a charcoal kettle at the lake house? GrillWizz handles porcelain, cast iron, and stainless steel grates across gas, charcoal, pellet, and infrared models, so you’re not buying a different brush for every setup.

Built for Professional Pitmasters

Keep Your BBQ Sparkling Clean

GrillWizz gets rid of burnt-on grease and grime fast, with a powerful motor, bonded bristles, and a grip that won’t wear you out. Stop dreading cleanup & enjoy your cookout.

High-Torque Motor

The high-torque motor spins the bristle head fast enough to break down burnt-on grease and char without you pushing or scrubbing. Just guide the head along the bars – the motor handles the actual work for you.

3 Speed Settings

Dial it down for a quick pass between cookouts, or crank it to max for grease baked on for weeks. The 3 speed settings let you match the power to the mess, so you’re never under- or over-doing it.

Bonded Wire Bristles

The bristles are chemically bonded into the cleaning head itself, not just attached, so they can’t snap off or work loose mid-clean. That means no stray wires left behind on the grate or stuck in your next meal.

Angled Cleaning Head

The cleaning head is angled to contact the top, sides, and underside of each grate bar in a single pass, instead of skimming just the surface like a flat brush. One stroke covers the whole bar, corner to corner.

Start Using GrillWizz In 3 Simple Steps

Power On

Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on. The LED indicator will light up to confirm it’s ready.

Choose Your Setting

Press the mode button to select from 3 speed settings: low for a quick refresh, high for burnt-on grime.

Start Cleaning

Glide the angled head along each grate bar, letting the rotating bristles do the scrubbing!

Great settings

Didn’t think I’d use all three speeds but I do. Low for a quick wipe down before guests come over, high for the gunk that’s been sitting since last weekend. Wish the manual explained the settings better but figured it out fast enough.👍👍

Meet Our Expert

Certified Pitmaster & Co-Founder

I’m Dave Calloway, a competition pitmaster based in Nashville, Tennessee. After 15 years on the BBQ circuit, I co-founded GrillWizz because the old wire brush was overdue for retirement – it misses half the grate, sheds bristles into your food, and turns the cookout into a 30-minute chore. GrillWizz’s rotating head wraps every bar in one pass, bonded bristles never shed, and the whole grate is done in 60 seconds flat.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to clean a full grill grate?

Roughly 60 seconds for a standard residential grate. That’s compared to 20-25 minutes with a manual wire brush. Press the button, glide the head across the bars in one pass, and you’re done before the coals have cooled.

How does it actually clean better than a regular brush?

A flat brush only contacts the top surface of each grate bar. GrillWizz’s rotating head wraps around the bar, hitting the top, sides, and underside in one stroke, giving you close to 100% coverage versus roughly 70% with a manual brush.

Will GrillWizz work on my grill?

Yes! GrillWizz is compatible with gas, charcoal, pellet, and infrared grills. It works on all common grate materials: porcelain-coated, cast iron, and stainless steel. If you own a standard residential grill, it fits.

Is it safe? I've heard wire bristles can end up in food.

GrillWizz uses bonded wire bristles – chemically fused directly into the cleaning head so they can’t shed during use. Traditional wire brushes have caused 130+ ER visits annually in the US; this design eliminates that risk entirely.

How long does one charge last?

A full charge via USB-C takes 2 hours and gives you up to 130 minutes of runtime. That’s 130 separate 60-second cleans – enough for months of regular use before you need to plug it back in.

When's the best time to use it?

Right after cooking, while the grates are still warm. Residual heat loosens grease and char, so the rotating head clears everything in a single pass. Cold grates work too – it just takes a few extra seconds on heavy buildup.
